Your Home,
Held to a Standard.

Private residence care for the north corridor. One house at a time, never subcontracted, and we come and see the home before we price it.

  • One residence at a time
  • Never subcontracted
  • We see the home first
  • We bring everything

How We Work

Four Things You Can Hold Us To

Every cleaning company will tell you it is careful and trustworthy. These are the four we would want to be judged on.

I

One House at a Time

We do not stack four homes into a morning. Your residence gets the hours it actually needs, and the team leaves when the work is finished — not when the next appointment starts.

II

Never Subcontracted

Your home is never handed to a marketplace, a franchise partner or a contractor we have not met. The people who walk through your door work for Titan Shine.

III

We See the House First

Nobody prices a home they have not walked through. We come and look, room by room, and the estimate comes from what is actually there — not from a square-footage table.

IV

Discretion by Default

No photographs of your home are published, and no client address appears anywhere in our marketing. The before-and-after shots we take are how we check our own work — they are never posted.

Who we are

A local company, with a name and a face.

Titan Shine Cleaning Co. is a cleaning company based in Carmel, serving the Indianapolis metro. We are not a franchise, and we are not a platform that subcontracts your home to a stranger.

Being small is the point. A larger operation has to fill a schedule; we have to keep the houses we already have. That is why the same team goes back to the same residence, and why nobody is trying to sell you an upgrade on the doorstep.

“We would rather tell you exactly what we do, and do it well.”

The Standard

One house a morning.
Not four.

A residence gets the hours it actually needs. The team leaves when the work is finished, not when the next appointment starts.

How It Begins

Five Steps, and the First One Is a Conversation

Nobody is asked to book a cleaning from a form. We come and see the residence first — that is how the price ends up right, and how it stays right.

  1. I

    The Conversation

You tell us about the residence, the finishes and how the household runs. No sales script, and nobody calls you back six times.

  2. II

    The Walkthrough

We visit, room by room, and note what needs care and what needs leaving alone. This is where the scope is decided.

  3. III

    The Estimate

You get the price and what it covers before anyone starts, and it does not change without your say-so.

  4. IV

    The First Service

A reset visit that brings the house to the agreed standard, so every visit after it is maintenance rather than catch-up.

  5. V

    The Standing Rhythm

Visits on the schedule you set, holding the house at that standard. One point of contact, and it answers.
