How it works

    Through the form on this site or over the phone. The more detail you give, the closer the quote lands.

    Agree the price before we start

    With the scope spelled out: what is included and what is not. For commercial work, we walk the space first.

    Agree on the day and the access

    You do not need to be home. We agree on how we get in before the first visit.

    We do the work

    We bring our own products and equipment. You do not have to prepare anything.

  5. 5

    If something is not right, we come back

    Tell us within 24 hours and we return to that area at no charge.

Services for your home

Standard Cleaning

Upkeep for a home that is already cleaned regularly. This is the service most clients book on a recurring schedule.

Included

  • Kitchen: countertops, sink, appliance exteriors, and the inside of the microwave
  • Bathrooms: toilet, shower or tub, sink, mirrors, and tile
  • Bedrooms and living areas: dusting of reachable surfaces, beds made
  • Floors: vacuumed and mopped throughout
  • Touch points: light switches, pulls, and doorknobs
  • Trash taken out and liners replaced

Not included

  • Inside the oven and refrigerator — booked separately
  • Exterior windows
  • Full wall washing
  • Moving heavy furniture

Deep Cleaning

Everything in a standard clean, plus the places that build up and never get touched day to day. It is what you book the first time, or once or twice a year.

Included

  • Everything in a standard cleaning
  • Baseboards, door frames, and trim
  • Behind and underneath appliances that can be moved
  • Hard water and buildup in the shower, fixtures, and grout
  • Ceiling fans and reachable vent covers
  • Switches, outlets, and touch points in detail

Not included

  • Machine carpet cleaning
  • Any work that needs a tall ladder
  • Mold remediation — that is a separately licensed trade

Move-In and Move-Out

An empty home, left ready to hand over the keys or to move into. It is the longest service we do, because everything that is normally full gets cleaned on the inside.

Included

  • Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets
  • Inside the oven and refrigerator, at no extra charge on this service
  • Every bathroom cleaned thoroughly, fixtures included
  • Floors, baseboards, and frames throughout
  • Reachable interior windows

Not included

  • Hauling away furniture or belongings left by the previous occupant
  • Repairs or painting
  • Garage or exterior cleaning, unless arranged separately

Short-Term Rental Turnover

A reset between guests, inside whatever window the platform gives you. Here, being on time is the service.

Included

  • A full clean of the property between stays
  • Linens and towels changed using the sets you leave ready
  • Restocking the consumables you supply
  • A written heads-up if something is broken, missing, or a guest left damage
  • A check that the place matches the photos in your listing

Not included

  • Laundry taken off-site
  • Buying consumables on your behalf
  • Key handling or guest access

Services for your business

For commercial work we do not quote without seeing the space. The walkthrough is free and there is no obligation.

Offices

Recurring service after hours or at the end of the day — whichever gets in your way least.

Included

  • Desks, meeting rooms, and shared surfaces
  • Break room, sink, and appliance exteriors
  • Restrooms sanitized and restocked
  • Touch points: pulls, switches, elevator buttons
  • Trash and recycling handled to the building's rules

Not included

  • Cleaning staff computers or screens
  • Paperwork or desk drawers — we never open them

Retail and Storefront

Work scheduled around your opening hours, so the store opens spotless without losing a sale.

Included

  • Entry glass, mats, and thresholds
  • Sales floor and aisles
  • Fitting rooms and mirrors
  • Counters and the register area
  • Customer restrooms

Commercial Buildings

Common areas in multi-tenant buildings, at whatever frequency the foot traffic calls for.

Included

  • Lobbies and entryways
  • Hallways and stairwells
  • Elevator interiors
  • Shared restrooms, sanitized and restocked

What we do not do

We would rather you know now than at the door. For several of these, we can point you to someone who does them.

  • Exterior windowsIt takes height equipment and different insurance.
  • Anything that needs a tall ladderCrew safety.
  • Machine carpet cleaningThat is a service with its own equipment — we can point you to someone.
  • Full wall washingWe spot-clean specific areas, not entire homes.
  • Moving heavy furnitureRisk of damage to the furniture and to the floor.
  • Mold remediationIt is a licensed trade with its own regulations.
  • Pest controlThat needs a licensed pest control company.
  • Biohazard cleanupIt requires specific certification and protocols.
